Whizz kids!
As mentioned I used the digital video camera last week with the children. One short demo and they were filming like experts. They very quickly got the hang of how to record and and then how to view their footage. I had no problem getting the children to “perform” nursery rhymes or sing songs and they had soon amassed some 28 minutes of film!
Wednesday was parents’ evening and the mums and dads were keen to find out more about the interacrtive whiteboard, some even had a turn.
I have had a request from a teacher in another local school for a bit of CPD on the Promethean board as she is getting one, so that should be fun.
Used all the PC laptops from the class in a box on Friday for the first time- one or two needed charging so had to be put back but the children were thrilled to all have the opportunity to use the computers….still prefer a Mac!
